Welcome to Strictly Simple Style. I’m Karen, a Midwestern girl with a passion for everything related to design. My objective is to share my approach to creating a beautiful lifestyle that is both time efficient and easy on the wallet. Projects with multiple, time consuming steps or ones that require expensive equipment or supplies to implement are not for me. Whether I’m developing a plan for the design of a room or planning a party for a group of friends, I strive to incorporate ideas that are unique, affordable and easy to implement. In other words, my lifestyle is strictly simple.
In my free time you'll likely find me up to my elbows in a DIY project or possibly stalking my favorite consignment shops, antique malls or thrift stores in a quest to find the deal of the century. On a more personal note, I am married to the love of my life and together we have two great kids.
